Emily is a doctoral student at the University of Georgia, and Josh is an Air Force pilot. The couple and their devoted family members worked tirelessly for a long time to make their Southern wedding as beautiful as possible! The ceremony was at the elegant Wightman Chapel at Scarritt-Bennett, followed by a DIY backyard reception at Emily’s family home. Despite a nasty thunderstorm at the beginning of the reception, their guests waited it out to have an amazing time dancing the night away with them! After the reception came to a close, Chris and Adrienne Scott Photographers went with Josh and Emily to the historic Union Station hotel for some adorable shots of them jumping on the bed!
