At Something Borrowed, Something Bleu, we believe beautiful, meticulously handcrafted design makes every celebration an event to remember. Our process allows our clients to express their personal style and sentiment with a look that is exclusively their own.
GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
Your package includes two complimentary consultations either by phone or in person. In our initial meeting, this is not only an opportunity for you to see the collection of work but it is also a chance to get to know you and your event tastes, style and individual personality.
Afterwards, a custom price quote is prepared based on your project requirements.
FINALIZING THE DETAILS AND BEGINNING THE DESIGN WORK
Once your project details have been agreed upon, you will be provided with a Service Contract that identifies the total cost, deliverables, and time schedule for the project.
Design will only begin after signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit is received.
Decisions with regards to materials, design, etc. must be finalized prior to 10 weeks from the date of the event to ensure that the final product can be in your hands with adequate time for addressing and mailing.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Your package includes two free revisions of the original design agreed upon during your consultations.
Once we send you the initial draft for review, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify any changes you want to make.
Your changes are integrated into a revised version that is submitted to you for approval.
Once you have given final approval the project will go to the printer for production.
We promise that no design will go to print unless you are completely satisfied.
